Trained and Certified Office Administrator with ten plus years experience in Bookkeeping. 
Spent multiple years as an employee and during covid decided to make use of my home office to benefit my family and serve as a purpose to share with valuable customers and clients all the while becoming a small business owner.

We felt that to become a one stop shop would benefit all business owners to take advantage of :
 full cycle bookkeeping service to year end prep for Accountant ready
 with an added invaluable service such as Temporary fill in. 
WE are the ONLY BOOKKEEPING SERVICE   in our service area  and all of Saskatoon  that provides a TEMPORARY FILL IN  SERVICE for  holiday, sick, mental health break, medical leave and long term care for a loved one and more. 

An  invaluable service   for business owners that provides peace of mind to the employer and employee until they are able to return. We feel this is an invaluable service as no other bookkeeping service in Saskatoon provides this option. 
Allowing us to fill in the absence until staff  are able to return, their  valued in house bookkeeper will be rest assured that everything will be taken care of, deadlines will be met and paid on time and more. No mess to catch up on, no overtime wages/salaries and missed deadlines to name a few. 

We require a minimum of 24 hour notice when possible to go over the details and transition of business procedures. 

We do pride ourselves in being available to meet all our client needs in a timely fashion, accommodating their requests and meeting with them to build a professional business relationship. All our clients are not merely valued clients, but friends helping each other to build our businesses together with referrals.

FULL CYCLE BOOKKEEPING SERVICE TEMPORARY FILL IN OPTION deposit required for client control (good for 2 years) hourly rates apply plus all applicable taxes and service fees for on site. SHORT AND LONG TERM AGREEMENTS CONTINUOUS PAYROLL PACKAGE HOURLY RATES AVAILABLE MONTHLY AND QUARTERLY INCOME/EXPENSE REPORTS (include filing ) year end returns at added filing fee - one stop shop MULTIPLE PACKAGES TO SUIT ALL BUSINESS AND HOME BASED BUSINESS OWNERS, adjustable rates as businesses grow that reflects time provided and perks with referrals.

Providing consultations for serious enquiries only We allow each client to express their needs and concerns during this time. Service fee for each client starts at $125 Client sign on (good for one year) $200 *INFORMATION SEEKERS ONLY WILL BE CHARGED $425 plus GST* OFFICE HOURS Tuesday - Friday 9-4pm Sat and after hours by appt. only.

TERMS OF SERVICE - CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation and Termination Policies are currently in effect as of 2025. Cancellation appointments will be subject to penalty/rebooking/ no show charge/late fee of $50-$75 SIGNING FEE IS MANDATORY FOR CLIENT MANAGEMENT

Our rates start at $50 plus GST for basic tax returns. Self employed returns start at $100 plus GST. We offer a loyalty card for returning customers where they will receive a complimentary return upon a referral for (basic returns only) ( must attend together at time of drop off) after a number of returns and a discount yearly thereafter. Our tax office hours are closed for the season. We thank all of you of came through our doors for the 2025 Tax season and look forward to seeing all of you and your referrals next year.


Loyalty/Referal program

Loyalty program is an appreciation to our customers. Upon each yearly contract renewal, our valued clients will have their GST waived for the first month. Referral Program is for our clients. Upon each signed referral, we will provide a complimentary hour of service to your agreement.
